Neil Fisher trading as The Fresh Prints 3D is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. You can contact us about it using the contact form or by post at 84 Richmond Park Road, Handsworth, Sheffield, S13 8HQ.

What we collect and why

• Orders: your name, delivery address, email address and what you bought, so we can make and post your order, send you order emails (confirmation and “it’s on its way”), handle returns and keep the business records the law requires. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
• Messages: your name, email address and message when you use the contact form, so we can reply. Messages are delivered to us via Web3Forms.
• Newsletter: if you sign up, your email address, so we can tell you about new terrain and offers. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and we'll never sign you up without asking. Ordering doesn't sign you up.
• Website statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
• Your basket: what you've added to your basket is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. It isn't sent to us until you check out.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the shop: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting), Web3Forms (contact form), Brevo (order emails and our newsletter) and the postal service delivering your order. We never sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years, as required for tax purposes. Messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. Newsletter sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it where we're not legally required to keep it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
