Who we are

This website is run by Neil Fisher trading as The Fresh Prints 3D, 84 Richmond Park Road, Handsworth, Sheffield, S13 8HQ. You can contact us using our contact form.

Our products

Everything we sell is 3D printed to order in PLA, supplied unpainted and ready for you to prime and paint. Minor layer lines and small print marks are a normal part of 3D printing and are not a fault. Photos may show painted examples, miniatures or other items for scale; these are not included unless the description says so. Our models are hobby items, not toys, and are not suitable for young children.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Postage is a flat £3.00 per order, however many items you buy. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe, which also handles PayPal payments. We never see or store your card details.

Your order

When you pay, you'll get a receipt by email. A contract is formed once we've accepted your order and taken payment. If we can't fulfil an order for any reason, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Delivery

We currently deliver to the UK only. As every order is printed fresh, we aim to dispatch within 3–4 working days. Delivery times after that depend on the postal service. Items are your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave at checkout.

Cancellations, returns and faulty items

See our returns policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Designs and trademarks

Our models are printed from designs we're licensed to sell. Items described as "compatible" with a game are independently made and are not official products of, or endorsed by, that game's publisher.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
