Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Just tell us using the contact form, then send the items back within 14 days of telling us. Please return them unused and in their original condition. You pay the cost of returning items unless they're faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

We'll refund the price of the items, and the original postage charge if you return your whole order, within 5 days of getting them back. Refunds go to your original payment method.

This right doesn't apply to one-off custom commissions made specially to your own specification.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives broken, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery, ideally with a photo, and we'll put it right: a replacement or a full refund including postage. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
